Recently, XCMG's XE700EV, the world's largest pure electric excavator, completed its first delivery test at a large open-pit mine in East China, marking that China's construction machinery has achieved a key leap from catching up to leading in the field of new energy large-scale mining equipment.

This pure electric excavator achieves zero emissions and low noise. In continuous heavy-duty operations such as stripping and loading in mines, it delivers strong power output and efficiency comparable to traditional fuel-powered models. Its overall energy consumption cost is reduced by more than 60%, and a single unit can reduce carbon emissions for mines by approximately 400 tons per year, redefining the green standard for large-scale mining equipment with its core strengths.

The mine has already piloted unmanned electric mining trucks, photovoltaic energy storage, and low-carbon operations.
