SDLG and Lao VK Group reach distribution authorization cooperation agreement

To deepen its strategic layout in Southeast Asia and accelerate high-quality growth in the Lao market, Shandong Lingong and Lao VK Group held a distribution authorization cooperation signing ceremony on August 25. Wen Degang, General Manager of Shandong Lingong, attended the ceremony. Shi Shengyong, Vice General Manager and General Manager of the Domestic Marketing Headquarters, and Zhang Ke, Chairman of VK Group, signed the cooperation agreement on behalf of their respective parties. Representatives from relevant departments of Shandong Lingong and its Southeast Asia regional management also participated in and witnessed the event.

During the discussion, General Manager Wen Degang welcomed the VK Group delegation. He pointed out that as a leading domestic construction machinery enterprise, Lingong's many main products rank among the top in the industry. Following the equity repurchase in 2025, the company's internationalization has accelerated, with overseas business achieving significant growth in the first half of the year. While striving to achieve its annual targets, the company continues to strategically position itself towards exporting 10 billion rubles. This powerful alliance will integrate the strengths of both parties, promote the upgrading of Laos' construction machinery industry, and empower local economic development.

Zhang Ke, Chairman of VK Group, introduced the group's development and channel layout. He stated that Lingong, a strong brand with a complete product line, perfectly meets the needs of the Lao market and enjoys a good reputation among local users. Going forward, VK Group will upgrade its sales and service system, enrich its product offerings, and expand its supporting businesses such as financing, leasing, and used equipment, working together to grow the Lao market and achieve win-win cooperation.

This licensing collaboration will consolidate Lingong's existing advantages in Laos, vigorously expand its transportation infrastructure market, promote the large-scale production of its entire product line beyond excavators and loader trucks, and further enhance Lingong's market share and brand strength in Southeast Asia. Both parties will seize the development opportunities in Southeast Asia and jointly explore new prospects for overseas development.
