First! XCMG's overseas new energy plant officially goes into production!
On July 27, the inauguration ceremony of XCMG Indonesia’s new energy manufacturing base was held in Indonesia’s Weda Bay Industrial Park (IWIP). As the first batch of new energy equipment officially rolled off the production line and was delivered to strategic partner Tsingshan Industrial's Indonesian Weda Bay Park, XCMG's first overseas new energy factory was officially put into operation. Nearly a hundred guests including Song Zhike, Vice President of XCMG Machinery, the management of Weida Bay Park, customers, and industrial partners attended the event.

2026 marks the start of the 15th Five-Year Plan. XCMG is accelerating its five-pronged transformation towards "high-end, intelligent, green, global, and service-oriented" development, with global operations and green industry as its two main transformation directions. XCMG's first overseas new energy vehicle factory is a key step in the deep integration of these two transformations.
XCMG's Indonesian new energy vehicle manufacturing base integrates complete machine manufacturing, R&D for specific operating conditions, and localized services, significantly reducing delivery cycles and precisely catering to diverse scenarios in Indonesia, including mines, infrastructure, and industrial park logistics.

Based on green development, the new energy manufacturing base leverages local intelligent manufacturing capabilities to supply electric construction machinery products on a large scale, empowering and enhancing the low-carbon transformation of key industries in Indonesia.
Simultaneously, it is developing a system for the recycling and operation of used equipment and the remanufacturing of parts to maximize the efficiency of industrial resource utilization.
Currently, nearly 80% of XCMG's employees in Indonesia are local, continuously expanding local employment opportunities and cultivating a local skilled workforce. XCMG Machinery was once again listed in the 2026 Fortune China ESG Influence Ranking, remaining the only construction machinery company to be included.

The delivery of this first batch of new energy equipment is a benchmark example of the mutual empowerment between XCMG and Tsingshan Industrial Park in Weda Bay, Indonesia, through "technology + scenario" and "manufacturing + market" collaboration.
XCMG is deeply involved in the intelligent manufacturing of new energy construction machinery, while the Weda Bay Industrial Park boasts Indonesia's mature industrial ecosystem and broad application scenarios. From signing the agreement, both parties completed the factory construction and production in the shortest possible time, reshaping the model of Chinese enterprises going global through cross-industry collaboration and achieving a synergistic effect of "1+1>2".

Having cultivated the Indonesian market for over 30 years, XCMG has established a comprehensive, localized operation and service system. It now boasts a well-established sales and service network, equipped with over 100 professional service vehicles, and a three-tiered spare parts maintenance system, ensuring the reliable operation of over 30,000 XCMG equipment units in the region.

With the new energy manufacturing plant in operation, XCMG Indonesia has completed the full closed loop of its integrated industrial chain of "research, production, supply, sales and service". The locally manufactured new energy equipment has become an important pillar for the high-quality development of green infrastructure in the region.

Standing at the new starting point of the "15th Five-Year Plan," XCMG is building an overseas benchmark for "intelligent manufacturing" with its Indonesian new energy intelligent manufacturing base. Adhering to the core engine of technological innovation, XCMG is deeply cultivating the local collaborative construction model and exporting "XCMG solutions" to global customers.
